🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Sales Expert who is passionate about driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and lead conversion skills, with the ability to turn prospects into long-term clients.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, automation, and operations teams to generate leads, manage client pipelines, conduct sales calls, and close deals that support business growth.
The candidate should be target-driven, self-motivated, and experienced with modern sales strategies and CRM tools.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, inbound leads, and networking.
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product/service demos for potential clients.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up with leads.
Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship & Management Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Ensure smooth onboarding of clients in collaboration with internal teams.
Handle objections, negotiations, and contract discussions professionally.
Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with clients.
Work closely with marketing and automation teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of hands-on experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Experience working with CRM tools (GoHighLevel knowledge is a plus).
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Strong understanding of digital services, marketing, or SaaS products.
Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
